August and Craft Cubed
August is the month of Victoria’s Craft Cubed and as we got very hands-on down at Laneway Learning we found that Melbourne *really* loves its arts and crafts.

From Astronomy to Yo-Yoing (if only we’d had a class on Zebras!) and with a full spectrum in between find out what Laneway Learning got up to in July.
With everything from the academic to the practical, the musical and the spiritual, and the pure esoteric it’s been a very fun and diverse month.
Since starting back with a passion at the beginning of May we’ve been very busy and had a lot of excitement! We’ve had 12 awesome classes, made some new friends and had a lot of fun. Laneway Learning has also been lucky enough to earn some rather great coverage…
This week has been a very busy one as we opened our doors (well, The Little Mule’s) not once but twice! Yep, four classes over two days. Phew!
Last night we had Tarot, hosted by the ever lovely Jo, and Speeches presented by the wonderfully dynamic Max.
We’re famous!
With an article in The Age we had our busiest day yet in terms of website views and the whole team is very excited. We’re also pretty tired after scurrying around trying to organise lots of new classes and make our website look as slick and shiny as possible.
We came back well-rested, full of ideas and had a great evening of tea and jewellery making.
We’ve been a little quiet on the interwebs and social media lately – apologies! But trust us, it hasn’t all been this quiet behind the scenes: we’ve all been working hard to get a good mix of interesting, fun and interactive classes locked in for you.
