What’s it all about?

Melbourne has had a series of crises over the past year — beginning with horrendous bushfires, then COVID-19 raging and the ensuing lockdown, and now soon entering another bushfire season. We’ve been riding this Emotional Coronacoaster for nearly a full year — anger, rage, despair, excitement, shame — and it probably won’t end any time soon.

How do we accept or even embrace this messy, wild new way of living? This class will begin to support participants with the emotional and psychological skills to wade through the muck of this crisis, developing resilience and better connections along the way. Join us and find a way to move forward to a brighter outlook with some tools to help us cope with this wild ride!
