What’s it all about?
Join Sonya for a hands-on Bulgarian cooking class in Melbourne where you’ll learn to make traditional sourdough Katmi pancakes from scratch.
Bulgarian cuisine remains largely undiscovered in Melbourne, making this a rare opportunity to explore the food, customs, and stories of one of Europe’s oldest food cultures.
