What’s it all about?
This workshop offers a unique, embodied approach to nonverbal communication skills—helping you unlock the power of your body language.
Through playful and meaningful movement activities inspired by Laban’s work, you’ll discover how to use movement qualities to build confidence, presence, and authentic expression.
This is not a dance class, and it’s not a traditional communication workshop. It’s an embodied exploration of how your body language, posture, movement, and energy shape how others perceive and connect with you.
What will we cover?
– Carefully designed movement explorations (no dance experience needed)
– Deepen Awareness of your unconscious body language patterns
– The foundation of nonverbal communication skill
– Practical movement quality to understand body language
