Getting started, moving out of inertia, is the biggest step in achieving anything, so what if you tick that off in this course?
Whether you already have your idea but just haven’t started, or you have a vague sense of wanting to write something but you’re not yet quite sure what, this session will get your creative juices flowing, and you’ll leave with a ‘written beginning’.
What will we cover?
We’ll engage in a series of playful, brainstorming exercises to get you started. They can be adapted to an idea you already have or to a completely blank slate. You’ll even write the beginning of a book you don’t intend to finish, in order to master ‘openings that hook’ – (and perhaps finish with a surprising outcome…)
