Mindful doodling is about using your hands to help you focus, learning a skill to quiet your thoughts, and drawing something silly- because art should be fun!
We’ll learn a mindfulness technique to help you decompress when stressed or have racing thoughts, and pair it up with learning to draw something cute and easy. By doing them together, it can be easier to focus on your art instead of solely on your thoughts, and it’s easy enough to do whether you have a canvas or the margins of your notebook!
No prior knowledge or art skills necessary, everyone is welcome!

Who will be teaching?
Felix (they/them) can be found with a coffee and sketchbook in cafes, parks, or
their hammock at home. They split their time doodling, walking, and
counselling queer and neurodiverse folks in their private practice.
They’re hoping to find more spaces to combine art, mental health, and making friends!
You can check out their art on their instagram or talk mental health and neurodiversity at www.unmasktherapy.com
