THIS CLASS IS PART OF MELBOURNE FASHION FESTIVAL’S FASHION CULTURE PROGRAM
In this class, professional photographer Natalia Naa will show and share experiences and knowledge from her many years work as a fashion and boudoir photographer. In her own words, Natalia is an empowerment boudoir and fantasy photographer for the everyday woman.
Natalie invites us to think of what we wear as much more than fashion and clothing, but to think also about what we wear, how we wear it, and for whom – as an act of empowerment, facing-fears, striking a pose, even changing the way we see ourselves, and our confidence with and in our body.
What will we cover?
In this class, Natalia will present her photography work to discuss and unpack:
- What we wear, how we wear it and for whom
- Reframing the camera lens and the gaze
- Intimate portrait photography processes and approaches
- Revealing the unique subject
- Relationships with body
