Learning to breath well, with freedom and flexibility in the whole torso and in relation to healthy functioning of the pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor cradles the base of the bowl that is your pelvis. It supports the soft tissues of the abdomen and regulates the orifices for excretion and reproduction.
You will learn about your pelvic floor and experience ways to strengthen your support while also being able to relax, clarify actions of the pelvic floor and coordinate with the breath and actions of other ring muscles in your mouth, eyes and hands, supporting wellbeing in your whole self.
