Come and experience Feldenkrais as we help you create lightness and ease in the legs.

Your teacher Ralph will guide you through a series of floor exercises that soften

The result is easy, graceful walking with a feeling of weightlessness and floating in the legs.

The Feldenkrais Method® (Feldenkrais) is a universal method for improving human life through better movement, sensation, posture and breathing.
