Even when you are sitting perfectly still, you are in motion- life pulses within you, shifting, flowing, expanding and contracting.

In this quiet, meditative Feldenkrais movement lesson you will tune into the more subtle aspects of your mind-body experience. You will find calm, softness and delicate ease and skill in your overall movement and use of your self.

Returning to normal activity you will find yourself a little more comfortable, graceful and powerful as you move through your world.

“Just an amazingly beautiful lesson, so meaningful, so relevant for the world…

To link our inner world to that around us, this is a lesson for all of time… I have a feeling you were channelling Moshe directly.”

Libby, physiotherapist and Feldenkrais practitioner

What will we cover?

An introduction to the principles of the Feldenkrais system of movement learning and to human anatomy and physiology. We will also touch on the life of Galileo and the astronomy of the solar system, stars, galaxies and deep time.
