You might have heard 2021 was the year of the Great Resignation or the “Quitenning” as they called it in US. Hundreds of people had a thought about what they were doing with their lives and if it was enough for them. Many people have gone back to retraining, up-skilling or are looking for what to do next and how.
Ikigai is a Japanese concept that roughly translates into “reason for being” and it’s the idea that a life with purpose is a happier life. In this hands-on class we’ll work through how to measure your current life satisfaction levels, how to work out your ikigai or purpose and what can happen next.
Finding your Ikigai is long process of personal exploration, self-awareness and vulnerability. This class can be the beginning of your journey to a fulfilling life.
What will we cover?
