What’s it all about?
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll discover how simple milk can be transformed into fresh, homemade paneer—one of India’s most beloved cheeses. Soft, mild, and packed with protein, paneer is surprisingly easy to make and far more rewarding than buying it from the supermarket. Paneer is wonderfully versatile, budget-friendly, and a great skill to have in your cooking repertoire. Once you know how to make it, you’ll never look at a bottle of milk the same way again.
Walk away with new kitchen skills, delicious food, and the satisfaction of turning an everyday ingredient into something extraordinary.
Bring a takeaway container for leftovers.
