What’s it all about?

Everyone loves pasta, and in this class we’ll find out how to make it delicious and fresh! Think of how much better homemade bread is than store bought…

Food and Italian cuisine is made to be shared, both in its preparation and its degustation! You will share the learning/preparation process in class and then you get to share the taste at home with whoever you like when you get back with your own fresh made pasta.

What will we cover?

We’ll go over a little of the history of pasta, the different types, and which sauces to use with them.

Then, we’re going to get our hands dirty and make our own pasta both ravioli shape and tagliatelle, and some of you will even be able to take some home to cook for yourselves. All you need to bring is your love for Italian cuisine and fresh homemade food.

The pasta and sauce recipes are vegetarian and can be easily adapted to include meat depending on your preferences (or use an egg substitute to make it vegan).
