What’s it all about?
Build creative confidence by silencing the inner critic and making art for fun’s sake!
Ever feel like you “can’t draw”? In this class, that doesn’t matter. Intuitive art is about letting go of expectations and following what feels good in the moment. You’ll experiment with colour, shapes, and textures, discovering what you enjoy along the way. All in a space free from judgment, where the inner critic takes a back seat.
What will we cover?
In this class we’ll begin with gentle prompts to help you start without pressure, then move into exploring shapes, colours, and textures that feel good in the moment. Along the way, you’ll practice letting go of the inner critic and creating in a judgment-free space. We’ll experiment with different mediums like paints, pens, pastels and pencils, while noticing the styles, marks, and movements you personally enjoy. The focus will be on reflecting on the process rather than aiming for a polished final product

Who will be teaching?
Chiara combines her background in psychotherapy and design to create spaces where people can explore freely without the pressure of perfection. She believes everyone is creative, and that silencing the inner critic is the key to finding joy and confidence in making art.
