What we will cover?
In this lesson you will learn the hands on approach to making your own dumpling fillings in both meat and vegetarian version, followed by how to fold the dumplings with store bought skins then pan frying them potsticker style. We will also teach you a simple dipping sauce and chopsticks skills to those who want to learn!
