We all know the power of advertising. Words and images get into our minds and stay through the associations of words and images. Instead of going shopping let’s use words and colour to express our thoughts and feelings.
This class will explore the mysterious ways colour and words work together as a method for making paintings.
Learn different ways to combine colour and words. Reuse words from the media, reflect on word associations, match or counter colours with them.
What will we cover?
This session will look at examples of words in art.
Experiment with colour and words to make a painting.
Develop your creativity and experiment. Learn through planning and spontaneity.
