What’s it all about?
Have you been trying to make progress on your goals, but each time you look at your to-do list you get a bad case of the ‘shoulds’? It’s time to treat yourself and join the Punch Card Party!
Plan to read more books this year? Want to practice a new hobby? Building your tolerance for rejection? Building a gym habit? Punch cards can help you get there by celebrating each step along the way and offering a tasty reward.
You’ve seen them all over TikTok, now it’s your turn. Amanda will guide you step by step to create a set of punch cards that encourage you to make steady progress towards your goals.
What will we cover?
In this fun hands-on workshop, you’ll:
– Learn what makes a good action to focus on for your punch cards
– Decide how many ‘stamps’ you need to collect on each card before you get a reward
– Pick a treat to celebrate when your card is full
– Design your own custom punch cards.
