Rice Paper Rolls are such a tasty and healthy snack, perfect for the warmer weather. And they’re not as complicated as they might seem.

Whether you’re making them for yourself, having a dinner party (think make-your-own rice paper rolls set-up), or simply planning some cool and fresh recipes for the summer weather, Rice Paper Rolls cover all bases.

Your teacher Qing is an expert at the finer aspects of cooking – where to source the best wrappers, how to keep ingredients as fresh as possible, how to retain colour, and flavour combinations. She really knows how food works.

What we will cover?

In this hands-on lesson you will learn:

  • What to look for in rice paper wrappers
  • Different combinations of noodles, vegetables and protein as your filling
  • How best to roll your rolls! Keeping everything tucked in and avoiding tears in the wrapper!
  • Make a simple dipping sauce

The class will finish with a rice paper roll tasting so come ready to eat!

Please let us know if you would prefer vegetarian filling so we can cater accordingly.
