What’s it all about?
Feeling tight, stiff, or carrying stress in your body? Join Chara for a calming and practical workshop exploring self-fascia release techniques to help ease tension, improve mobility, and support everyday wellbeing.
Using massage balls, foam rollers, and simple release tools, you’ll learn how to work with your body’s fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles—to release built-up tension, increase body awareness, and feel more at ease in your body.
Whether you spend long hours sitting at a desk, move regularly, or simply want to feel better in your body, this workshop offers accessible tools you can return to anytime.
