What’s it all about?

If a speaker’s words and body language differ, which do you tend to trust more? Truth is that listeners are more likely to believe the non-verbal communication of the speaker, not his/her words.

If you are interested in the power of non-verbal language like body language and micro expressions or want to improve your true image, this is for you. Small changes in your facial expressions or gestures can boost your image. In this class you’ll analyse your behaviour and learn powerful skills to achieve the best impression.

What will we cover?

Initially, we will take some time to understand ‘non-verbal language’, and then explore the three steps of ‘non-verbal language image’. These are:

1) Body language: we will analyse your body language style and talk about different and useful body languages.
2) Micro expression: Here, we’ll talk about your micro expressions and how to use micro expressions.
3) Activity: To finalise your non-verbal language skills, you will do fun activities together!

Who will be teaching?

Rachel ChungRachel Chung is International Image Consultant and Health Coach. She focuses on helping people to find out their best image. She has coached people for diet, personal training and nutrition plans as well as consulting people in beauty areas such as skin, body and personal styling. She is the founder of Essence by Rachel Chung, specialising in fashion, beauty and health. Recently, she launched Essence Korean Cosmetics, which specialises in Korean beauty items.
