What’s it all about?

How many times a day might you say “Good, thanks!” without even thinking about it when someone asks how you are? It can be easy to be disconnected from yourself, distracted or addicted to technology, but nothing compares to the aliveness that comes from connecting deeply within yourself and to those around you. This inspiring conversations class will have you making time to check in with yourself as well as being present for others. We’ll be weaving these two incredibly important elements together with playful techniques in a gentle and fun way.

What will we cover?

In this class we will explore ways of relaxing into feeling a strong sense of self, be guided to pause and take small pockets of time for you and connect with other people in person through meaningful and inspiring conversations in small groups.

During our time together, if you notice yourself feeling happier and happier, you’ll realise that it’s not just because of the fabulous people you’re connecting with, it’s also because you’ve taken moments to be present with your inner self.

These simple exercises can be used in your everyday life that will continue to foster more balance and inner love.

Ingrid Jones is a life coach, an experienced primary school teacher and a bit of a love bug.  She’s the creator of an online program called Essence of You, that has you stepping out of your head and into your heart.
