What’s it all about?

Overwhelmed by the amount of nutritional information available? Sick of trying to sift through marketing rhetoric to determine if a food is ‘good’ or ‘bad’ for you? Curious about what ‘eating well’ actually means? Then this is the class for you!

We’re going to strip away all the noise around nutrition. We will discuss current guidelines and provide practical advice, all based on scientific evidence.

What will we cover?

In this workshop, we will:

  • Discuss the Australian Dietary Guidelines – what are they? Why are they important?
  • Explain serving sizes.
  • Provide practical suggestions on how to apply these to everyday life and consciously think about your food choices.

Who will be teaching?
