What’s it all about?
Mexican food is yummy and flavoursome but very well known but do you really know your tacos from your tortillas? Would you like to learn how to cook them from scratch and eat more fish in the most delicious way? In this class, we’ll learn how to make seasonal seafood with Mexican Tortillas as well as the traditionally Californian Mex Tacos. We’ll also learn some basic salsa and dipping sauces to go with each and of course, lots of tasting!

This class will be an interactive demo of the following recipes, along with lots of tips and tricks to make them at home yourself:
- Fish Tortillas
- Cali Mex Tacos with Salsa Crude & Cactus Tomatillos Salsa
- Baja Sauce.
