Come and learn how to make delicious handmade potato gnocchi from scratch – a beautiful meal for a Winter’s night!

Talented chef and owner of Food Thrills, Missy, will take you through each step of the gnocchi making process.

Join from the comfort of your own kitchen – cook along with her or just watch the demonstration.

This workshop is in real time so you can ask lots of questions and pick this talented chefs brain!

  • How to cook gnocchi perfectly!

What should I do to prepare?

If you’d like to cook along with Missy, feel free to have the following ready to go!

EQUIPMENT
– oven & tray
– stove & large pot
– potato ricer or box grater or potato masher
– small pairing knife or similar
– pastry card or cutter

INGREDIENTS
1kg Dutch cream or sebago potato
60gm Parmesan grated
2 egg yolks
110g flour(extra for dusting the bench too)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Who will be teaching? 

Missy martin (she/her) is a 30 year old Sydney based female chef.

She is also the Owner/Operator of Food Thrills – a catering and events company. 

Prior to running Food Thrills she enjoyed working as a Chef within the fine dining and pastry world.
