What’s it all about?

Have you heard about kombucha? This drink is becoming a more and more popular beverage of choice for people all over the world. But what is it? And how is it made?

Kombucha is a fermented, probiotic beverage packed full of healthy bacteria, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. What else do you need to know?

We will teach you all about why people drink it, and how to brew it yourself at home!

What will we cover?

In the class we will start with what kombucha is and some of the scientific evidence for why probiotics are so beneficial. Then we will show you the step-by-step method of how to brew it yourself. Even more than that – we will also tell you how to create your own delicious flavours!

And of course, no kombucha class would be complete without some delicious samples for you to taste along the way.

Who will be teaching?

Mark profile pictureMark has been making his own kombucha at home for years and loves playing around with new flavours.
