Handwriting is still an important part of French schooling, and the language is handwritten in a very specific style of cursive called ‘Rond’ or round.
You don’t need to speak the French language to appreciate the joy and elegance of handwritten French Calligraphy.
Come along to learn and practice how to create beautiful lettering and script to decorate cards, letters and craft. Or simply learn to write a friend’s name. Develop a new skill and impress your family & friend with an elegant writing style!
All material provided.
This is a beginner class – no experience needed! And no French language skills required.
What will we cover?
During this hands-on class you will:

- Practice and develop your own cursive writing style
- Write your own celebration card or short letter to offer to you loved ones.
What will you need?
All material provided, but have a think about a sentence or short text you would like to write on the day.
Have a think about how to transport your work home safely! You might like to bring a book or folder to keep your paper flat.
