Who will be teaching?
Lisa is the owner of Gringo Paella and has represented Australia, placing 4th at the 57th Annual Concurs International de Paella Valencia, a global paella competition held in Spain 2017. She prides herself on her love of food, traditional flavours, locally sourced seafood, free range poultry and organic meats.
