What’s it all about?

How many times have you set a New Year’s Resolution only to abandon it a few weeks later? You’re not alone, research shows that only 8% of people are successful in achieving their New Year’s Resolution. So what do you want to achieve this year? Whether it’s improve your fitness, change your career or learn a new language this workshop will take you through the tips and tricks that will help you to achieve your goals to help make 2016 your best, most successful year yet.

What will we cover?

In this fun and interactive workshop we will look at the difference between an intention and a goal, the six secrets to setting a great goal, how to create a road-map toward your goal and strategies for those days when you are feeling unmotivated or fall off the bandwagon.

You will finish the class with at least one juicy goal for yourself and a plan of attack for how you will achieve it!

Who will be teaching?

TanyaTanya is a certified life coach who is passionate about helping people become the best that they can be in all areas of their lives. She believes that everyone should wake up each day to a life they love and that everyone is capable of creating positive change for themselves.
