What’s it all about?

In this busy complex world self care has become a big buzz word. Setting your personal boundaries that encourage people to treat you in a way that you are most comfortable is one of the many ways to take care of yourself. But where do you start? This workshop will help provide the tools to start developing your personal boundaries in everyday situations like sending back food, declining hugs or encountering queue jumpers

What will we cover?

Will cover your personal  ethos, defining your own boundaries and the developing the tools and language for you to set comfortable boundaries in  your life. This workshop will be engaging and self reflective, with limited opportunities to share your experiences.

Who will be teaching?

Cindy is a Psychologist with a warm and friendly approach. She has worked with young people with a history of abuse, neglect and trauma. She has an interest in self care and is currently writing a book on it. (She secretly loves Christmas and makes superhero stockings for gifts)
