What’s it all about?

Learn the basic techniques of fashion-jewellery while making a charm bracelet out of up-cycled materials! You can wear it right out of the workshop. Discuss and explore your personal style while planning your design, then get creative with up-cycling the materials provided into your very own charm bracelet customised to your style. Once you learn these basics, the possibilities are endless.

What will we cover?

We’ll start with a discussion of the possibilities and benefits of up-cycled jewellery. Once we’ve got our imaginations fired up, we will:

  • Review the tools and materials that will be used in the project, including practising techniques to ensure you are comfortable with them.
  • Plan out your design and choose your materials based on a brief exploration of your personal style.
  • Get into the project and make your charm bracelet, based on the materials and colours that suit you!
