What’s it all about?

What if you could combine all the most nutritionally dense foods into one meal or snack, and have it taste amazing? Sound too good to be true? It’s possible!

Come join us in learning about how you can get some incredibly nutritious (and delicious!) foods into your diet.

What will we cover?

First we’ll go over some theory in relation to nutrition, and what we’re looking for in a food when we choose ingredients. Then we’ll get hands on!

Everyone will have the opportunity to get their hands dirty, creating some nutritious breakfasts and snacks that may change the way you think about healthy food.

Who will be teaching?

Jasmine is a naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist, who consults in Prahran, Melbourne. She subscribes to the belief that in order for healing to occur, the underlying cause of disease must first be ascertained, and addressed holistically through education, natural medicine, as well as diet and lifestyle practices. She is inspired every day to lead her clients toward taking control of their health, as she feels passionate about the inherent capability we all have to live healthier and brighter lives.
