What’s it all about?

Come, reflect and explore the self-compassion break.

Rapidly expanding research clearly demonstrates that self-compassion is related to:

  • Emotional wellbeing
  • Lower anxiety and depression
  • Maintenance of healthy habits
  • More satisfying personal relationships

It’s also the easiest way to keep our hearts open to ourselves and others.

What we will cover?

You will learn how to evoke the three aspects of self-compassion:

  • Mindfulness
  • Common humanity
  • Kindness

This practice can be used any time of day or night and will help you remember to evoke self-compassion in the moment you need it most.

What will you need?

  • A quiet and peaceful space
  • Comfortable clothes are encouraged.
