Feeling disconnected, tired or lackluster? What to find your zest, sparkle and pizzazz? Join the crowd! Together, we’ll explore simple techniques designed to help us relax and focus on the moment and experience the joy it can bring to our lives. Come learn a few simple tools you can access anywhere, anytime for a greater sense of calm, clarity, confidence and vitality. No experience necessary!

What will we cover?

  • Brief introduction into what is self-awareness
  • Visualisation and breathing exercises to relax the mind and body (a bit like meditation but easier!)
  • Easy one-on-one meditation exercises with other people in the class. You don’t need to bring a friend as we will rotate throughout the class

Who will be teaching?

Nala Neahru is an avid explorer, well-being consultant and super hero extraordinaire. She has spent the last 20 years exploring self-awareness combining personal experience with professional in the areas of psychology, human dynamics & holistic health. Her passion is helping others discover their unique ‘paths of bliss’.
