What’s it all about?

An evening in Sri Lanka – experience food, fashion, language and more!

Sri Lanka is the ‘Pearl of the Indian Ocean’, known for her pristine beaches, lush tropical mountains, coconut groves, and as a culinary melting pot. The Sri Lankan culture is unique, with a blend of traditional Sinhalese, Portuguese, Dutch, English, Indian, Chinese, Arabic elements, pervading through its food, lifestyle, spirituality, and art.

It’s impressive heritage also includes hundreds of years of  practice of yoga, meditation and herbal medicine influenced by South Indian, native Sinhala and Unani (Perso-Arabic) knowledge. Over the last decade, Sri Lanka has emerged as a leading destination in wellness tourism, with beautifully designed resorts for retreats to unwind.
