What we will cover?
The class will cover the basics of what a healthy breakfast can entail, tips for prepping and planning and recipes ranging from 30 second smoothies to veggie loaded breakkies. We will also cover nutritional tips for keeping your energy up to avoid reaching for sugary treats mid-morning
Who will be teaching?
