What’s it all about?
If someone asked you why you do what you do each day, would you be able to answer their question?
With the busyness of life, we can get stuck on auto-pilot doing everything we think we ‘should’ be doing rather than choosing more of what we ‘want’ to be doing. We rarely feel like we’re doing enough and often say that things (and people!) are important yet give them little of our time. When we get clear on what we’re doing and why we’re doing it (our core values and priorities) we can start to live more intentionally and in alignment with who we really are. We’re also able to manage our time more effectively and allow ourselves to experience a greater sense of fulfilment and ease.
What will we cover?
Through conversation, reflection, journaling and visualisation, you will gain clarity around your core values and priorities and where you’re spending most of your time. You’ll also begin to see how closely all areas of your life are connected and impacted by your actions and inaction. We will explore what may be holding you back from spending your time and energy on the things that mean the most to you, and look at practical and realistic ways that you can begin to create positive change in your life
