This is an interactive, fun class on fondant decorations.
Learn how to create your own pretty party favours to suit a wide range of events; from sophisticated cocktail parties and milestone birthdays, to girly tea parties, bridal showers and hen’s nights.
What will we cover?
In this beginner’s class we will be decorating a variety of delicious cookies!
We will learn how to work with different materials and basic equipment, such as cutting and rolling fondant, applying basic piping techniques using royal icing and other decorating principles.
Who will be teaching?
Jessica Hillbrick is a French trained pastry chef, who studied at Le Cordon Bleu School in London. She has had the privilege of working alongside some of Europe’s finest chefs in Michelin Starred Restaurants. Jessica, alongside her business partner Sarah, is now founder and head pastry queen at Mary Eats Cake where she creates the delectable high tea treats. And lots of fondant cookies!
