What’s it all about?

Have you ever tried facial massage? Well, maybe you should!

Most of people think facial massage is part of a full body massage and only for a special occasion. However, the facial massage is not only good for beauty but also health.

In this class, we’ll understand specific spots on our face for massaging, and then we will learn what kind of lotion/oil we should use for different skin types. Finally, we will learn how to make our faces lift-up and how to brighten our faces through massage.

What will we cover?

In the beginning, we will take some time to warm up our faces with gentle face stretching and then explore just the right areas of our faces to work on. After demonstrations, we will check those spots with a partner and choose which lotion/oil to use for facial massage.

Come along, discover the world of facial massage and give it a go yourself!
