Flowwa is a popular Japanese mindfulness art practice in which you make flower arrangements in bottles while paying attention to your state of mind.

These flower bottles are easy to create. They make a beautiful home decoration, as well as a colourful reminder of mindfulness and self-care.

This beginner’s class will focus on the joy of creating art and engaging with nature.

No art skills or knowledge required – just come and have a wonderful time!

What will we cover?

In this hands-on and informative class, we will:

  • Learn the meditative practice of focusing on your five senses as you interact with delicate flowers and nature
  • Explore how to arrange intricate flowers into tiny vases

All materials provided but you are welcome to bring any flowers of your own that you would like to add.
