First we will work out what we are in this situation – What is a consumer? What types of consumer situations exist? Then we will talk about the rights we have as consumers and then how to implement those rights and get good outcomes!
Finally we will talk about the common pitfalls and how to avoid them. Come on, we have all been there… Time to get savvy!
