This class has passed

Laneway Learning is running Glow Comics Trails, a celebration of Melbourne Comics artists in the city! Six artists have been commissioned to write mini comics about Melbourne after dark, and their comic panels have been pasted-up across the city, creating a trail for you to walk and reconstitute the stories. Each comic even has a glow-in-the-dark hidden element for you to find after dark!

As part of this event, Laneway Learning is offering some extra special workshops. Emilie will be teaching some special classes on glow-in-the-dark painting and screen printing, zine making and mini comic crafting, and how to draw our beloved laneways and city scapes.

So come and learn how to write and draw your own mini-comics!

You’ll learn to workshop your mini story, develop a character with easy drawing techniques, plan your layout, pencil and ink your one-page mini comic.

All skill levels welcome!
