What’s it all about?

Research shows that having a gratitude practice can change your life for the better. In this class we’ll explore expressing and sharing gratitude to change the lives of people around you too. We will work on developing the confidence and creativity to put your thanks out into the world!

What will we cover?

We’ll discuss how feeling gratitude differs to gratitude in action and explore barriers to expressing gratitude, we’ll also discuss things (or relationships) we’re thankful for. You will be guided to come up with ways to share your gratitude in a way that makes sense for you.

Finally, we’ll note the many reasons why gratitude is known as the Queen of Virtues, and how it can dramatically improve your life! We’ll also draft a thank you letter to someone who has changed your world for the better.
