What’s it all about?

Qigong is a series of dynamic and static movements which focus on the combination of three principles: the body, the breath and the mind. It is a practice that originates from ancient China and dates back around 4,000 years.

Qigong is a practice that enables you to cultivate energy, vitality and relaxation. Join us and learn this unique movement!

What will we cover?

We will explore the different types of movements that make up Integrative Qigong and the philosophies and traditional Chinese medicine that underpin the practice. We will also experience and learn about the positive psychological effects on the body.

Who will be teaching?
