What’s it all about?
By now we know that vegan pasta and vegan pizza (hold the cheese!) is easy enough – but what about classic italian staples like Mozzarella and Tiramisu?
What will we cover?
In this class a quick, delicious vegan Mozzarella ball will be demonstrated. Mozzarella Bruschetta will then be tasted by all. Next we will all make our own serve of Tiramisu to enjoy in class (or BYO Keepcup to take it home!) Both recipes will be handed out to take home. Inclusion of alcohol in the tiramisu is optional.
