Love Italian food? Come and learn to make (and taste) gnocchi from scratch. These versatile soft dough dumplings can be a great mid week meal with basic tomato passata. Versatile enough to serve with cauliflower puree with roasted cauliflower florets with truffle oil if you want to make something a bit fancier for the vegetarian in your life.
