What’s it all about?

This workshop is about using a creative way to understand the language of emotions. Do you know what your sadness is telling you? And, how about anger? By using a storytelling approach, you will learn to understand a range of emotions, and what they can offer you. By the end of this workshop, you will be better equipped to embrace the language of emotions, and develop the capability to self-regulate, work with emotional information, and to use self-awareness as a tool to transform your world.

What will we cover?

In this class, we will cover some important questions, such as:

  1. What are emotions?
  2. Why is it important to understand your own emotional language?
  3. What is the concept of emotional intelligence?
  4. How can you understand your own emotional triggers, and what are the gifts of these emotions?
  5. What is the root of empathy?
  6. Action alignment – how do we align actions to live a more resilient life?
