Who will be teaching?
As the Founder of Mindfulmooves, he has the unique ability to transform people and companies through his mindfulness programs. He runs programs for large corporate companies, sporting clubs, mental health clinics, hospitals, health retreats and public workshops.
When he’s not working, he loves travelling with his family or hanging out in nature. He has cycled, trekked and travelled through Africa, Asia, India, Himalaya, Europe and the USA.
