What’s it all about?

Beauty editors will have you think that Self care is all Manicures and Pedicures and possibly a sneaky massage. These all sound great. But Self care is made up of more parts. Self care is looking after yourself when the world gets too hard.

What will we cover?

In this class we will look at personal values, what self care looks like in the real world and independently developing your own plan around living your best life, with self care at the core. Hopefully we will have some laughs too.

Who will be teaching?

Cindy is a Psychologist with a warm and friendly approach. She has worked with young people with a history of abuse, neglect and trauma. She has an interest in self care and is currently writing a book on it.
