Learn hand sewing basics while creating a reversible fluffy octopus plush! Together we’ll learn how to work with felt, and make a reversible plushie with two faces. Will yours be happy/sad? curious/meditative or angry/surprised?
What we will cover?
We will learn the basics of hand sewing including backstitch, blanket stitch and ladder stitch.
We will also learn the basics of creating a 3d plush animal from a pattern. As well as creating a face for our octopus out of felt and buttons.
There will not be enough time in class to finish the plush but participants will be provided with all the items they need to complete their plush at home
