What’s it all about?

Hate those dreaded watermark rings on your table? Want to dabble in a bit of table art….why not make your own coasters! These quirky coasters aren’t just for coffee connoisseurs or tea-totallers. Create your own masterpieces for your home, using tiles and scrap paper such as magazines or the Melways!

What will we cover?

Who didn’t enjoy a bit of ‘cut n paste’ craft when you were at school!  Bali and Queenie will help you get your craft on in this class and you get to take home your wares. We will cover different techniques on decorating and finishing of your tile coasters as well as where to source all your materials you need to get started. Once you get the knack of these little delights, you will be whipping them up for personalised gifts in no time. All materials are included for this class.

Who will be teaching?

QueenieBaliBali and Queenie are yarn bombers from international yarn bombing group ‘Yarn Corner‘ (they have a Facebook page too) and are all round crafters who love to share their skills. Both Bali and Queenie have been teaching various crafts over the years and are always experimenting with different mediums. No item tied down is safe from these girls covering it in fabric, yarn, or even paper.
